White Hominy is corn that has been stripped of their bran and germ. This corn is especially popular in the south. Whole or ground hominy is boiled until it's tender and then served as a side dish. Try serving as a cereal, vegetable and can even be made into patties and fried. Each case consists of fifty pounds.
